Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Butcher role based in Dubai. The Butcher will be responsible for preparing, cutting, and trimming various meats, including beef, lamb, poultry, and seafood, according to quality and safety standards. Daily tasks include organizing and maintaining the cutting area, inspecting products for freshness, following hygiene and food safety guidelines, and ensuring accurate portioning and presentation. The role involves interacting with customers, answering product-related questions, and providing recommendations, while collaborating with colleagues to maintain inventory levels and support overall store operations.
