Job SummaryThe Business Development function at Wego sits at the front line of our customer journey, serving a crucial role in the broader Commercial organization. As a Business Development Representative (BDR) you will be primarily responsible for managing the top of the business development pipeline – generating outbound prospects and qualifying inbound leads. Involve in the bid management, including ensuring timely delivery of all bid documents; quoting and negotiating prices and other key terms; engaging with the customers and analyzing collected data to determine reasons for lost business; accurate forecasting of new business and collaborating with Account Managers to close sales.
From this role you will also be given several additional opportunities to add value to the Commercial organization, such as serving as end-to-end account manager for select accounts, strategizing disposition of non-moving inventories, supporting with marketing administration for trade shows and customer collateral, and more.
