Job DescriptionASMACS is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager – Oil & Gas to lead and expand business development activities in Saudi Arabia.
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic client relationships, managing tendering activities, and supporting contract acquisition within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Energy sectors.
Key Responsibilities
Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a relevant technical discipline. * Minimum 15 years of relevant professional experience. * Strong experience in Business Development / Sales within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, or Energy sector. * Proven experience in tendering, contract acquisition, and client relationship management*. * Good understanding of the Saudi Arabian Oil & Gas market. * Strong negotiation, presentation, communication, and networking skills. * Ability to develop relationships with senior-level decision-makers. * Relevant Saudi Arabia / GCC experience is highly preferred.
Preferred ExperienceCandidates with established industry relationships and experience developing business with Oil & Gas operators, EPC contractors, industrial companies, and major project owners in Saudi Arabia will be preferred.
