About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Engineering Graduate to join our team in KSA as a Business Development Associate. In this role, you will work closely with the Specification Manager to engage with consultants, clients, developers, and key industry stakeholders across Saudi Arabia.
Key Responsibilities
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with consultants, clients, developers, and key industry stakeholders.
- Business Growth: Identify and follow up on new project leads and business opportunities in the KSA market.
- Project Support: Support project registrations, specifications, technical submissions, approvals, testing, and certifications.
- Documentation & Presentations: Prepare pre-qualification documents, project documentation, presentations, and product brochures.
- Database & Research: Maintain the consultant/client database and conduct market research on upcoming developments.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely responses to client and project requirements.
- Reporting: Draft business updates, meeting summaries, and project tracking reports.
- Technical Communication: Develop a strong understanding of our products/solutions and communicate their technical and commercial value effectively.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of relevant experience.
- Language Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in both Arabic and English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Confident, proactive, commercially minded, and professional in client-facing scenarios.
- Software & Tools:
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Basic-to-intermediate knowledge of Canva or Adobe Photoshop is a plus.
- Familiarity with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) is an advantage.
- Mobility: Valid KSA driving license and access to a personal car; willingness to travel within KSA/region as required.
