What You’ll DoAs the Brand Strategy Lead, you will own the strategic direction and evolution of our brands. You will define how our brands are positioned, how they communicate, and how they differentiate themselves in the market.
This is a strategic leadership role responsible for setting the brand vision and direction, developing brand and campaign strategies, and ensuring that our creative and marketing efforts are aligned with our business objectives. You will lead the brand function and work closely with the creative & social media team to translate strategy into impactful creative execution.
Key Responsibilities
- * Own and develop the overall brand strategy, positioning, identity, and long-term brand roadmap.
- Define the brand’s positioning, personality, messaging, and key differentiators.
- Set the strategic and creative direction for brand campaigns, launches, and major brand initiatives.
- Lead the brand function and provide direction and guidance to the wider creative team.
- Translate business objectives, customer insights, and market trends into clear brand strategies and priorities.
- Partner closely with Marketing, Commercial, Operations, and other stakeholders to ensure the brand strategy supports wider business objectives.
- Ensure consistency of the brand across all customer touchpoints and channels.
- Identify opportunities to strengthen brand awareness, perception, differentiation, and market presence.
- Use market, customer, competitive, and campaign insights to continuously evolve the brand strategy.
- Lead relationships with external agencies and strategic creative partners where required.
- Stay informed on cultural, consumer, and industry trends and translate relevant insights into opportunities for the brand.
What We’re Looking For
- * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Brand Management, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5 to 7+ years of experience in brand strategy, brand management, marketing strategy, creative strategy, or a related field.
- Proven experience developing and owning brand strategies, positioning, and brand identity.
- Experience leading brand, marketing, or creative teams and providing strategic direction.
- Strong understanding of brand building, consumer behavior, campaign strategy, storytelling, and creative development.
- Experience developing and leading integrated brand campaigns across multiple channels.
- Strong commercial understanding and ability to connect brand strategy to business objectives.
- Excellent strategic thinking, communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to set direction, influence teams, and drive execution through others.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is preferred.
