About The RoleLilly is excited to bring new innovations to the field of Cardiometabolic Health (CMH). As a Brand Manager within CMH in Sweden, you will join a high-performing team driving the success of a dynamic, growing portfolio. In this role, you will own the commercial performance and strategic direction of your assigned brands, while also helping prepare the organization for upcoming innovations as they advance towards launch.
You will partner closely with fellow Brand Managers, the established CMH Brand Teams, and other stakeholders across the business to sustain the ongoing success of products already serving Swedish patients, while building affiliate readiness for future launches in line with global and regional frameworks. Acting as a key connector across these groups, you will help ensure that strategy, lifecycle management, and launch preparation stay aligned and are delivered with excellence.
Success in this role depends on fostering a CMH franchise mindset and strengthening a Team Lilly culture built on trust, empowerment, and accountability — across both office-based and field-based teams.
