AURIXXA is a growing marketing agency providing strategy, content, creative production, branding, social media, and performance marketing services to clients across different industries.
We are hiring a full-time Graphic Designer – Social Media & Advertising to join our team at our office in 6th of October City, Giza.
This role is suitable for a skilled designer who can transform marketing briefs into original, professional, and results-focused visual content. We are not looking for template-only work or a designer who depends entirely on Canva or AI-generated designs.
Key Responsibilities
• Create professional social media designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and other digital platforms.
• Design paid advertising creatives focused on clear messages, strong visual impact, and campaign objectives.
• Develop complete visual directions and campaign concepts for different clients and industries.
• Design static posts, carousel posts, stories, covers, promotional materials, presentations, and other digital assets.
• Transform marketing and content briefs into original and effective visual concepts.
• Adapt designs into the required dimensions and formats for different platforms.
• Maintain consistency with each client’s brand identity, visual guidelines, and tone.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager, Content Strategist, Video Editor, and Media Buyer.
• Review spelling, alignment, dimensions, image quality, hierarchy, and visual details before submitting any design.
• Prepare organized and editable source files and maintain clear project folders.
• Complete assigned work according to agreed deadlines and respond professionally to feedback and revisions.
• Use AI-assisted creative tools when appropriate while maintaining originality and professional design quality.
Requirements
• Minimum two years of professional graphic design experience; three years or more is preferred.
• Previous experience working on social media content and paid advertising creatives.
• A strong portfolio containing original work for different brands, industries, and visual styles.
• Strong professional proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
• Strong understanding of typography, color, composition, hierarchy, branding, grids, and advertising design.
• Ability to understand written marketing briefs and convert them into effective visual concepts.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and clients without compromising quality or deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to receive feedback, make revisions, and maintain consistency across campaigns.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign, After Effects, Figma, Canva, or AI creative tools is an advantage but is not a substitute for strong design fundamentals.
Portfolio Requirements
The submitted portfolio must include original work demonstrating:
• Social media campaigns.
• Paid advertising creatives.
• Carousel posts and stories.
• Different visual styles for multiple brands or industries.
• Campaign key visuals or brand applications, if available.
Template-only portfolios, copied designs, or portfolios that do not clearly show the candidate’s personal contribution may not be considered.
Work Details
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Work Model: On-site only; this is not a remote or hybrid position.
• Location: AURIXXA Office, Unit 305, 3rd Floor, Royal Towers Mall, 6th of October City, Giza.
• Working Hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, Saturday–Thursday.
• Weekly Day Off: Friday.
• Initial Monthly Salary: EGP 10,000–15,000 during the first three months, depending on relevant experience, portfolio quality, and practical assessment.
• Compensation and responsibilities will be reviewed after the first three months based on performance.
Location Requirement
The selected candidate must be able to commute reliably to our office every working day. Strong preference will be given to candidates living in 6th of October City, Sheikh Zayed, Hadayek October, or nearby areas.
