- We are looking for a Booth Sales & Operations Supervisor to manage the day-to-day sales and operational performance of selling booths across Cairo Festival City and District 5.
The salary is EGP 12,000 + social insurance + commission on sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage booth sales performance and achieve assigned targets.
- Supervise booth representatives, shifts, attendance and daily coverage.
- Ensure booths are fully ready and operating smoothly throughout the day.
- Improve selling, upselling and conversion performance through direct coaching.
- Handle POS follow-up, cash reconciliation and commission inputs.
- Maintain customer-service, visual and operational standards.
- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Branch Management.
- Prepare simple daily and weekly performance updates.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in retail, booths, direct sales, entertainment, hospitality or other high-footfall customer environments.
- At least 1–2 years of team-supervision experience.
- Strong experience with sales targets and front-line performance.
- Hands-on experience with POS, cash reconciliation and shift scheduling.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Flexible to work on-site across CFC and District 5, including evenings, weekends and peak periods.
