Role Description

About the Role: We are seeking a skilled BIM Engineer to join our team on-site in Qesm 3rd New Cairo. In this full-time role, you will support project delivery through the end-to-end development, management, and coordination of Building Information Models (BIM).
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, update, and coordinate detailed 3D models across Architectural, Structural, and MEP disciplines.
- Prepare and review detailed shop drawings and construction documents, actively identifying and resolving technical clashes prior to site execution.
- Extract accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and support project invoicing directly utilizing BIM models.
- Coordinate closely with site teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure site execution strictly matches the approved models.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, streamline project workflows, and maintain data consistency throughout project lifecycles.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Architectural Engineering, Civil Engineering, or a closely related field.
- BIM Proficiency: Advanced expertise in Building Information Modeling tools, workflows, model creation, and multi-disciplinary coordination.
- Software Expertise: Hands-on experience with industry-standard software including Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, AutoCAD, or equivalent BIM tools.
- Technical Knowledge: Proven ability to produce and review high-precision shop drawings, alongside solid technical knowledge of MEP systems integration.
- Problem-Solving & Coordination: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy when resolving complex design and site clashes.
- Communication & Teamwork: Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-disciplinary on-site teams.
- Adaptability: Exceptional time-management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities and adapt to fast-paced project demands.
