- Develop, manage, and update BIM models according to project requirements and BIM standards.
- Prepare detailed 3D BIM models for Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical disciplines.
- Coordinate BIM models between different disciplines and identify clashes and design conflicts.
- Review drawings, specifications, and project documents to ensure model accuracy.
- Prepare shop drawings, BIM documentation, schedules, and model-based deliverables.
- Participate in BIM coordination meetings with design, technical office, and construction teams.
- Support the resolution of RFIs, technical issues, and coordination conflicts.
- Maintain model quality, naming conventions, revisions, and BIM standards.
- Coordinate with site and technical teams to ensure models reflect the latest approved information.
- Assist in preparing and updating as-built BIM models.
- Ensure compliance with the project BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and company procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Civil/Structural, Mechanical, or Electrical Engineering.
- 1–6 years of relevant experience in BIM modeling and coordination.
- Strong knowledge of Autodesk Revit relevant to the discipline.
- Experience: 1–6 years
- Good knowledge of Navisworks and clash detection.
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD.
- Experience with BIM 360 / Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.
- Good understanding of BIM workflows, multidisciplinary coordination, and model management.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and engineering documents.
- Construction/project experience is preferred.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work within multidisciplinary teams.
