Candidates must be Indian nationals and willing to work onsite in Mangalore.
Role Requirements:
Candidates must have relevant hands-on experience in MEPF BIM Modelling & Coordination, covering Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, and Fire Protection systems.
Essential Skills & Experience:
→ Strong proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP
→ Strong working knowledge of Navisworks Manage, including clash detection, clash reporting, and coordination workflows
→ Experience in MEPF BIM modelling and multidisciplinary coordination
→ Experience coordinating MEPF models with Structural and Architectural disciplines
→ Good understanding of MEPF systems for industrial facilities, commercial buildings, or infrastructure projects
→ Experience with BIM coordination meetings, issue logs, RFIs, clash resolution, and resolution tracking
→ Knowledge of BIM Execution Plans (BEP), Level of Development (LOD), BIM standards, naming conventions, and parameter management
→ Familiarity with ISO 19650 principles, common data environments, and version-control practices
→ Ability to produce and review coordinated drawings, schedules, quantity take-offs, shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built models
Key Responsibilities:
→ Develop and coordinate MEPF Revit models in accordance with project BEP and required LOD
→ Perform clash detection and coordination between MEPF, Structural, and Architectural disciplines
→ Identify, log, assign, follow up, and track coordination issues with design and site teams
→ Ensure accurate extraction of drawings, schedules, quantities, and model information
→ Coordinate approved design changes, RFIs, and construction updates within BIM models
→ Support the preparation of coordinated shop drawings, installation drawings, and as-built BIM models
→ Prepare coordination reports, clash reports, issue logs, and model-review submissions
→ Maintain model integrity, version control, naming conventions, parameter standards, and required project documentation
Qualification:
- Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or a related Engineering discipline.
- BIM training or certification in Revit MEP and Navisworks is preferred.
