Job Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Engineering.
• Experience: 3-5 years of hands-on experience as a BIM Coordinator in interior fit-out, commercial finishing, and retail shop rollouts.
• Software: Advanced proficiency in Revit, Navisworks Manage, and AutoCAD.
• Technical Skills: Deep understanding of finishing details, custom joinery work, MEP coordination, and site execution methods.
• Industry Standards: Familiarity with Mall Fit-Out Manuals (RDU guidelines) as well as street-front store technical requirements.
• Soft Skills: Strong communication and technical negotiation skills to deal with external consultants and mall engineering teams.
