Important Terms for New Joiners (First 2 Months)
Upon arrival in Kuwait, the first two months will be the processing period required to complete your Civil ID and Kuwait Driving License.
During these initial two months, riders are required to manage their own food expenses, as the company will not provide food allowances during this processing window.
Compensation & Commission Structure
Base Salary / Commission ModelCommission of 300 Fils per order.
Additional allowance of 50 Fils per order for petrol.
Total Commission: 350 Fils per delivered order.
Monthly Target: The monthly target is 450 orders
