Job PurposeOperate and support all civil and fire protection daily maintenance activities along with facilities management in LRT stations and buildings to enhance smooth operations and ensure maintenance reliability.
Responsibilities/DutiesProfil de candidat recherché :
- * Operational Support & Maintenance Execution
- Assist Facility Management Engineers with daily work activities to enhance efficiency and reliability of LRT buildings and stations maintenance.
- Operate according to business needs and roster planning.
- Diagnose reported faults and execute maintenance and repair action plans under the guidance of Facility Management Engineers.
- Perform technical tasks including painting, plumbing, gypsum works, metal works, concrete and masonry repairs, fire protection tasks, tiling, and monitoring housekeeping activities.
- 2. Monitoring & Quality Assurance
- Monitor and report the performance of fire protection subcontractors to ensure tasks are completed properly.
- Apply proper checklist regulations to ensure equipment availability and reliability during maintenance activities.
- Monitor and ensure the implementation of housekeeping activities in LRT Bader Depot as required.
- 3. Resource Management
- Optimize maintenance processes through proper utilization of tools and spare parts.
- Ensure the availability of tools and spare parts in the warehouse and report any shortages promptly.
Reporting & Documentation
- * Prepare statistical maintenance reports on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly).
Compliance & Safety
- * Ensure full compliance with health and safety regulations, following safety rules and permits as instructed.
QualificationsESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
- * Vocational Diploma/ or a suitable relevant degree.
Knowledge
- * Good acknowledgement in Civil and Facilities repairing works as assigned.
Experience
- * 3 to 5 years’ experience in (civil, mechanical, electrical) maintenance works.
- Metro and/or train stations and depot civil construction experience is a plus.
