Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Bell person role based in Abu Dhabi. The Bell person is responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with luggage during arrival and departure, and escorting guests to and from their rooms while providing basic information about hotel facilities. Daily tasks include coordinating with reception, responding promptly to guest requests, handling package and message delivery, and maintaining cleanliness and organization of lobby and entry areas. The role also involves supporting front-of-house operations, reporting any safety or maintenance issues, and following established procedures and training standards to ensure a smooth and courteous guest experience.
