Role Description:
This is a full-time, on-site Barista role located in Jeddah.
As a Barista, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, preparing food items, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Preparing as per standard recipe, serving hot and cold drinks, foods such as sandwiches, and grinding and blending coffee following recipes, beans, brewing coffee and tea, and serving items to customers.
Operating coffee machines and related equipment, and maintaining stock of ingredients and supplies.
Your day-to-day tasks will include greeting customers, taking orders, manage transactions with customers using cash registers, collect payments whether in cash or card payments, make daily sales report, maintaining cleanliness, and managing inventory to deliver an exceptional coffee shop experience.
The Barista also responds to customer requests, handles concerns professionally, and supports the overall presentation and hygiene of the shop.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in barista skills, coffee preparation and brewing techniques.
- Previous relevant experience at least 4 years in cafés, restaurants, or retail hospitality is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage positively with customers and team members.
- Basic knowledge of food preparation and a commitment to maintaining hygiene and safety standards.
