Casa Vero is a new casual Italian restaurant opening in Expo Village, Dubai. We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and reliable Barista / Front of House Team Member to join our team.
This is a hands-on, multitasking role. The position is not limited to making coffee — you will be part of the overall front-of-house team and should be comfortable moving between different responsibilities throughout the shift.
Responsibilities include:
Preparing espresso-based drinks, iced drinks, and other beverages
Taking customer orders and operating the POS/counter
Running food and drinks to tables
Providing friendly and attentive customer service
Keeping the coffee station, counter, and FOH areas clean and organized
Assisting with opening and closing duties
Helping monitor FOH inventory and stock levels
Restocking beverages, cups, takeaway supplies, and other FOH items
Supporting the service team during busy periods
Maintaining high standards of cleanliness, organization, and service
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of professional barista experience
Strong knowledge of espresso preparation, grinder adjustment, milk steaming, and coffee equipment
Previous restaurant or café experience
Comfortable multitasking between barista, counter, food running, and general FOH responsibilities
Strong customer-service and communication skills
Reliable, organized, and able to take initiative
Able to work effectively as part of a team
Must be able to commute reliably to Expo Village, Dubai
