SAAS Properties is seeking a skilled, service-oriented Barista to join our Sales Gallery team. This role is key in delivering a premium hospitality experience to our clients, ensuring every coffee served reflects the highest standards of luxury and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and serve high-quality espresso-based drinks, specialty coffees, teas, and other beverages to a consistent standard.
Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism.
Operate, clean, and maintain the espresso machine, grinder, and other coffee equipment.
Monitor stock levels of coffee, milk, and supplies, and report replenishment needs in a timely manner.
Maintain cleanliness, order, and presentation of the coffee bar and lounge areas, in line with food safety and hygiene standards.
Collaborate with the gallery team to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Requirements
Previous barista experience, ideally in specialty coffee, luxury hospitality, or premium F&B settings.
Strong knowledge of espresso extraction, milk texturing, and latte art.
Fluency in English is essential; other languages are an advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance, grooming, and attitude are required.
Food safety or barista certification is an advantage.
