Role Description The Barber role at Salon barbero is a full-time, on-site position based in Casablanca-Settat, Morocco. The Barber will perform hair cutting, styling, and grooming services, including classic and contemporary cuts, trims, shaves, and beard maintenance. Daily tasks include consulting with clients to understand their desired style, recommending suitable hair care and grooming solutions, and maintaining a clean and hygienic workstation and tools. The Barber will also support a positive salon atmosphere, follow safety and sanitation standards, and contribute to client retention through excellent customer service.
Qualifications
* Candidates should possess strong Barbering and Hair Cutting skills, with the ability to provide a range of classic and modern styles.
* Candidates should possess Hair Styling and Hair Care skills to advise clients on suitable looks and hair maintenance routines.
* Candidates should possess foundational Cosmetology knowledge to understand hair types, scalp health, and product usage.
* Relevant professional training or certification in barbering or cosmetology is preferred.
* Previous experience working in a barbershop or salon environment is beneficial.
* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety.
* Strong customer service, communication, and time management skills.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, based on salon needs.
