About Hailey ü©∑
During the spring of 2020 Hailey HR was founded. We're a Swedish SaaS HR-tech company that want to digitalise, simplify and modernise the HR industry with our HR-system - join us on our journey!
About the position üíº
Our Integrations department builds and develops the integrations that connect Hailey with the systems our customers already use. That includes the standard integrations many customers rely on and custom builds for individual customers, which we publish in our integrations store. The store is where you can find both our own in-house built integrations and ones our partners build against our API.
You'll join a team with three backend developers and two Project Leaders and one HEad of Integrations. The Project Leaders keep in touch with the third parties we integrate with and own the quality assurance of what we build. As a developer, you'll build and maintain both standard integrations and custom builds for customers, from first commit until they run reliably in production. You'll also improve the integrations we already have and fix the problems that might arise after deployment as well as regular maintenance. You'll take part in refining backend requirements and dig into the customer problem behind each potential solution. When partners building their own integrations against our API run into technical questions, you'll help them too. Along the way, you'll help shape our integration patterns and how we work as a team, in close collaboration with Product, Customer Success and our other development teams.
Our integration services are built in .NET with modern frameworks and design patterns. We focus on quality, maintainability and scalability. We value automation and use CI/CD pipelines for building, testing, code analysis and deployment, so it's a plus if you see the value in that too.
There are plenty of chances to learn and grow here, and you'll soon own a lot of your daily work. It's perfectly fine if you don't know all our frameworks and patterns yet. We care more about your mindset and your willingness to learn.
