Role Overview
Frontier Capital is seeking a goal-oriented, persistent B2B Outbound Calls Specialist (Sales Development Representative) to join our Marketing Department. Reporting directly to the Marketing Manager, you will serve as the bridge between marketing lead-generation campaigns and advisory sales execution.
In this role, your primary objective is to follow up on inbound marketing leads, conduct targeted outbound phone outreach, qualify B2B corporate prospects, and secure confirmed discovery meetings for our Senior Advisory Leads (Frontier Consulting) and Operations Manager (Frontier Academy).
Key Responsibilities
- Outbound Outreach & Marketing Lead Follow-Up
Contact inbound leads generated by the Marketing Manager's campaigns (brochure downloads, event registrations, website inquiries) within tight response SLAs.
Conduct outbound cold/warm phone calls to targeted B2B accounts, including HR/L&D heads, Finance Directors, and C-suite executives across Egypt and the MENA region.
Present Frontier Academy's B2B corporate training programs and Frontier Consulting's advisory services clearly and persuasively over the phone.
- Lead Qualification & Meeting Handoff
Screen prospects using standardized B2B qualification frameworks (evaluating corporate need, decision-making authority, timeline, and budget fit).
Book discovery sessions and pitch meetings directly on the calendars of Senior Advisors (for consulting/advisory mandates) and the Operations Manager (for corporate academy training contracts).
Conduct brief pre-meeting briefings for senior execution leads to transfer lead context, call notes, and identified pain points prior to the call.
- Pipeline Operations & Data Cleanliness
Log all call activity, contact status updates, call recordings, and prospect feedback inside the CRM (e.g., HubSpot / ActiveCampaign).
Work closely with the Marketing Manager to report on lead quality, script conversion rates, and campaign-level meeting metrics.
What We're Looking For

Phone Communication & Professionalism: Professional, polished phone presence with native-level Arabic and business-level English fluency to speak comfortably with corporate executives.
Goal Orientation & Persistence: High resilience in handling gatekeepers, objection handling, and following up systematically across multi-touch call cadences.
CRM Literacy: Hands-on experience working with CRMs, VoIP calling systems, and calendar management platforms (Calendly, MS Outlook/Teams).
