Qualifications & Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of practical experience in legal practice and legal advisory, preferably gained at leading or reputable law firms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law with a minimum grade of Very Good.
- Excellent command of at least one of the following foreign languages: English, French, Chinese, Turkish, Russian, or German, both spoken and written.
- Preference will be given to candidates proficient in more than one foreign language at a professional level.
- Excellent ability to draft legal memoranda, pleadings, contracts, legal opinions, and legal advice.
- Strong legal research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle complex legal matters.
- Ability to independently manage cases and legal files, take responsibility, and follow matters through from initiation to completion.
- Ability to deal directly and professionally with local and international companies and clients.
- High level of accuracy, discipline, and commitment, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage multiple files simultaneously.
- Strong professional personality, with excellent communication, negotiation, and teamwork skills.
