As an Assistant Store Manager, you are the vital link between the Store Management and the team. You bring positive energy to the sales floor, lead by example, and create an inspiring, performance-driven workplace while championing Fossil’s core values. You actively support the recruitment, onboarding, and development of the team. Together with the Store Management, you ensure smooth operations and deliver an exceptional customer experience.
