- Support commercial planning and execution across priority food-service and out-of-home channels.
- Translate business and category priorities into practical customer and channel initiatives.
- Provide analysis and recommendations that improve decisions and execution quality.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery with Sales, Marketing, Category, Finance, Supply Chain and Technical Services.

- * Support annual commercial plans and channel growth initiatives.
- Track actions, milestones, risks and business impact.
- Identify improvement opportunities through performance analysis.
Channel Development
- * Analyze hotels, restaurants, cafés, bakeries, catering, workplace, institutional and convenience channels.
- Support segmentation, targeting and channel-specific activations.
- Monitor penetration, distribution and execution opportunities.
Customer & Operator Insights
- * Analyze sales, customer, operator and market data.
- Track food-service trends, competitor activity and emerging occasions.
- Convert findings into actionable recommendations.
Category & Solution Development
- * Support coffee, beverage, culinary, bakery and dessert solutions, as relevant to the portfolio.
- Assist with operator-focused programs and customer solutions.
- Monitor category, activation and promotional performance.
Commercial Excellence & Route to Market
- * Support commercial tools, dashboards and reporting routines.
- Track execution KPIs and route-to-market initiatives.
- Contribute to sales capability and execution-improvement projects.
Revenue Growth Management Support
- * Support pricing, mix, trade investment and profitability analysis.
- Evaluate promotions and initiative ROI.
- Prepare commercial reviews and recommendations.
ARE YOU A FIT?
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, Hospitality Management or a related discipline.
- Typically 0-2 years of experience in sales, trade marketing, category development, commercial development, business development, food service or out-of-home channels.
- Experience in data analysis, reporting and cross-functional project coordination.
- Understanding of route to market, distributors, pricing, trade investment and customer profitability is an advantage.
- Strong analytical, presentation, planning, communication and stakeholder-management skills.
