A well-established restaurant is currently looking for an experienced and motivated Assistant General Manager to join its management team.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the General Manager in the day-to-day operation of the restaurant
- Lead and motivate the front-of-house team
- Maintain high standards of guest service and hospitality
- Monitor operational procedures, quality, and service standards
- Support staff training, scheduling, and performance management
- Assist with cost control, inventory, and achieving financial targets
- Handle guest feedback and resolve operational issues professionally

Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a restaurant
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Excellent customer-service mindset
- Good understanding of restaurant operations and cost control
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Professional, organized, and hands-on approach
- Relevant hospitality experience in the UAE is an advantage
