Jane & Co. is a boutique dessert brand in Dubai specializing in modern pastries, mousse desserts, cookies, macarons, cakes, and other premium desserts.
We are currently looking for a Russian-speaking Assistant Pastry Chef to join our team in Dubai.
The ideal candidate should have previous pastry experience, be responsible, organized, and able to follow recipes and technical cards accurately.
Responsibilities:

Assist with daily preparation and production of desserts

Follow established recipes and technical cards

Maintain consistent quality and presentation

Prepare mousse desserts, cakes, cookies, macarons, chocolate products, and other pastries

Keep the workstation clean and organized
-
Follow food safety and hygiene standards

Support the Pastry Chef with daily production tasks
Requirements:

Previous experience in pastry or bakery production is required

Russian language is required
-
Basic English is preferred

Experience with modern desserts, mousse cakes, macarons, chocolate, or similar products is an advantage

Responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work as part of a team
