üíº Position: Architectural Draftsman
üë∑ Experience: 2‚Äì5 years preferred
üìÖ Joining: Immediate / Short Notice preferred
Requirements:
· Diploma/Degree in Architecture or related field
· Strong knowledge of AutoCAD
· Knowledge of Revit / SketchUp is an advantage
· Experience preparing architectural, shop and detailed drawings
· Ability to read and understand architectural plans
· Knowledge of UAE construction standards is preferred
· Good communication and coordination skills
Responsibilities:
· Prepare detailed architectural drawings using CAD software
· Modify and update drawings according to project requirements
· Coordinate drawings with architects, engineers and site teams
· Able to calculate take off quantities from projects.
· Prepare shop drawings and as-built drawings
· Ensure drawings comply with project specifications
