Requirment
- Minimum 5 years of Architectural Drafting experience
- Minimum 2–3 years of UAE experience
- Expert-level AutoCAD
- Strong working knowledge of Revit / BIM
- Professional 3D modeling experience
- Experience preparing construction drawings, shop drawings, sections, elevations and detailed architectural drawings
- Strong knowledge of construction detailing and materials
- Ability to coordinate architectural, structural and MEP drawings
- Experience with UAE authority requirements and submissions
- Valid UAE driving license is mandatory
- Willingness to drive to project sites when required
- Ability to successfully complete a technical drafting test
Prefrences
Experience in high-rise, residential, mixed-use, hospitality or large-scale developments.
üáµüá≠ Filipino candidates are preferred.
