We are looking for an experienced Architectural BIM Modeler for an HMC project in Qatar. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in architectural BIM modeling, Revit, and Scan-to-BIM, with a strong understanding of construction drawings and multidisciplinary coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain accurate architectural BIM models using Revit.
- Create architectural models based on design drawings, site information, and project requirements.
- Support Scan-to-BIM workflows and develop models from point cloud data.
- Coordinate architectural models with other disciplines.
- Review drawings and identify discrepancies or coordination issues.
- Ensure BIM models comply with project standards and requirements.
- Update models based on design changes, site conditions, and coordination requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Architectural BIM Modeler.
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM tools.
- Experience in building/construction projects.
- Strong experience in Scan-to-BIM – Mandatory.
- Familiarity with Autodesk ReCap – Mandatory.
- Good understanding of architectural drawings and construction documentation.
- Strong understanding of BIM coordination and model development.
- Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
