I’m working with an international architecture firm with an excellent global reputation that is continuing to grow its Dubai team.
They’re looking to appoint an Architect with around 4–8 years’ experience, and for the right person this is a genuinely strong opportunity to accelerate their career.
You’ll be joining the growing Dubai office of a highly respected international practice, but without disappearing into a huge team.
You’ll work closely with senior architects and the Director, gain much greater exposure across projects and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility than you might in a larger, more established office.
The firm is working on major projects across mixed-use, masterplanning and large-scale developments, so you’ll get exposure to the kind of work that can really strengthen your portfolio.

This would suit someone currently working in a large architecture firm who feels they’re becoming a bit of a cog in the machine, or who simply isn’t getting the exposure, responsibility or progression they expected.
