Job Title:Senior Architect
Experience: 4–6 Years
Location: Cairo, Egypt
Job Responsibilities:
Develop and review architectural designs, drawings, and technical documents.
Prepare and coordinate detailed architectural drawings and construction documents.
Coordinate architectural works with structural, MEP, and other engineering disciplines.
Ensure designs comply with applicable building codes, standards, and project requirements.
Review shop drawings, material submittals, and technical specifications.
Conduct site visits and follow up on architectural works to ensure proper execution.
Identify and resolve design and technical issues during project execution.
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and other project stakeholders.
Participate in design development and provide technical solutions when required.
Ensure projects are delivered according to required quality standards, timelines, and specifications.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
4–6 years of relevant architectural experience.
Strong knowledge of architectural design and construction documentation.
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit is required.
Knowledge of 3D visualization/rendering software is a plus.
Good understanding of construction details and materials.
Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in engineering consultancy is preferred.
