Education & Experience Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree from a recognized university preferably in Banking, Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business
Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- At least 7 years of relevant experience, preferably within a highly rated international or regional bank.
- Experience in Business Analysis, Trade Finance, Cash Management, Transaction Banking Operations, or Digital
Transformation initiatives.
- Proven experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, business requirements documentation (BRDs),
and solution implementation.
- Exposure to corporate or wholesale banking environments, preferably within Qatar or the GCC market.
- Experience supporting digital banking, process automation, system implementation, or transaction banking
transformation projects.

- Good understanding of Cash Management, Trade Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Virtual Accounts, and
transaction banking operating models.
- Experience with digital transformation, process automation, data analytics, UAT, and implementation of transaction
banking platforms and solutions.
