Job Summary
We are looking for a friendly, professional, and well-presented Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, take orders accurately, serve food and beverages efficiently, and ensure guests have a pleasant dining experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and greet guests in a warm and professional manner.
- Present menus and explain food and beverage options when required.
- Take customer orders accurately and communicate them to the kitchen/bar.
- Serve food and beverages promptly and professionally.
- Check on guests regularly and respond to their requests.
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints politely and efficiently.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of tables and service areas.
- Follow all food safety, hygiene, and service standards.
- Coordinate with kitchen and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Process bills and payments accurately when required.
- Assist with opening, closing, and daily restaurant duties.
Requirements
- Previous waitress or hospitality experience is preferred.
- Excellent customer-service and communication skills.
- Pleasant personality and professional appearance.
- Ability to work under pressure in a busy environment.
- Good English communication skills; Arabic is an advantage.
- Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
- Team player with a positive and hardworking attitude.
Preferred Profile
Arabic or European female candidates with hospitality/restaurant experience and a strong customer-service background are preferred.
