Role Description The Application Development Senior Supervisor (.NET Core and AI LLM Integration) is a full-time, on-site role based in Cairo. This role oversees the design, development, and maintenance of applications built on .NET Core, ensuring robust architecture, performance, and scalability. The supervisor leads a development team, assigns tasks, reviews code, and provides technical guidance on integrating AI large language models (LLMs) into enterprise solutions. Daily responsibilities include collaborating with product owners and business stakeholders, translating requirements into technical specifications, managing integrations with internal and external systems, and ensuring secure and efficient database access. The role also involves enforcing development best practices, monitoring application performance, coordinating deployments, and contributing to continuous improvement of software delivery processes.
Qualifications
* Strong skills in software development and application lifecycle management, with hands-on experience in .NET Core and enterprise-grade systems.
* Proficiency in programming, including object-oriented design, clean coding practices, and working with APIs and microservices.
* Experience with databases, including design, optimization, and secure data access (e.g., SQL Server or other relational databases).
* Solid understanding of front-end technologies and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for building or supporting user interfaces.
* Demonstrated ability in integration, including connecting applications to AI LLM services, third-party platforms, and internal systems.
* Previous experience supervising or leading development teams, with strong mentoring, coordination, and stakeholder communication skills.
* Familiarity with AI and machine learning concepts, especially LLM use cases, model integration patterns, and responsible AI practices.
* Experience with version control, CI/CD pipelines, and secure coding standards in a production environment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
