Role Description The AMC Middle East Projects and Events Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Beirut. This role is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing cooking demos, promotional events, and brand activations, ensuring they run smoothly and align with AMC’s standards and objectives. The coordinator will manage event timelines, logistics, vendor and partner coordination, and on-site setup, while also supporting sales teams during events. Daily tasks include communicating with guests and stakeholders, handling inquiries, providing high-quality customer service, and collecting feedback to improve future events. The role also involves maintaining accurate event records, supporting regional projects, and collaborating with marketing and sales teams to maximize event impact and brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate multiple projects and activities.
- Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with guests, partners, and internal teams.
- Candidates should possess Sales skills to support promotional activities, convert leads, and help drive product adoption during and after events.
- Candidates should have strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the capacity to handle tight deadlines.
- Candidates should be comfortable working on-site in Beirut and able to support evening or weekend events when required.
- Candidates should have proficiency in basic office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software); experience with event management tools is an advantage.
- Candidates should ideally have previous experience in events, hospitality, retail, or brand activation; experience in consumer products or kitchenware is a plus.
- Candidates should hold a relevant diploma or degree in Events Management, Marketing, Business, or a related field, or have equivalent practical experience.
