Key Responsibilities* Alumni Engagement & Outreach
+ Periodically reach out to GU alumni via email, phone, and social platforms to maintain engagement.
+ Develop and maintain an updated contact database for all GU graduates.
+ Coordinate alumni spotlights, success stories, and features for newsletters or social media.
- Newsletter & Communication
- Design and distribute a regular alumni newsletter containing updates, events, and opportunities.

Share university news, academic developments, and alumni achievements.

Career Development & Opportunities
- Share job openings, internships, fellowships, training programs, and continuing education opportunities (e.g., diplomas and courses) with alumni.

Serve as a liaison between alumni and GU’s Career Development Center.

Employer Engagement
- Build and maintain a database of employer contacts (corporate, public, and nonprofit sectors).
- Conduct surveys and collect data from employers about alumni performance and skills.

Facilitate partnerships and collaborations between GU and employer entities for alumni hiring.

Alumni Services & Support
- Address and respond to alumni inquiries and requests in a timely and professional manner.

Provide assistance with alumni document requests, transcripts, and GU-related support.

Event Coordination
- Organize alumni reunions, networking events, guest lectures, webinars, and career fairs.

Support in planning and executing GU representation at external alumni-related events.

Data Management & Reporting
- Update and maintain alumni records on GU’s central database.

Prepare periodic reports on alumni engagement metrics, employer feedback, and network growth.

Social Media & Digital Engagement
- Manage alumni-related social media accounts and platforms to foster digital connection.

Create engaging content to promote alumni initiatives, events, and achievements.

Strategic Development
- Assist in developing long-term strategies for alumni engagement and employer partnership growth.

Collaborate with other university departments to align alumni efforts with GU’s institutional goals.

Executive Education
- Assist in developing new training programs for executive education unit
- Help in marketing of executive education courses targeting wide range of participants (students, graduates and professionals).
Qualifications And Skills
- * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, Education, or Related fields.
- Minimum 1–3 years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, career services, or a similar role.
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written), preferably in both Arabic and English.
- Excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and familiarity with social media management includes digital marketing skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a professional, customer-oriented attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with higher education environments or previous work within a university is preferred.
