Core Responsibilities
- Dataset Engineering: Annotate, label, and clean complex textual, image, or multimodal data structures to optimize training pipelines.
- Prompt Engineering & Evaluation: Design, test, and iterate on highly specific prompts to boost the reliability and performance of Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Model Benchmarking: Systematically evaluate chatbot outputs, agent logic, and automated workflows for logic, context, safety, and operational accuracy.
- Localization Validation: Assess AI system training material for local cultural, linguistic, and regulatory relevance specifically tailored to Saudi Arabian and regional enterprise criteria.
- Data Auditing: Log performance anomalies, flag algorithmic bias, and cooperate closely with core machine learning teams to troubleshoot failures.
Required Qualifications
- Education & Domain Expertise: MSc. in computer science, software development, data science, or a related technology field PhD Preferred.
- Programming Skills: Competency in Python or similar data management programming languages.
- AI Tooling Literacy: Prior exposure to model fine-tuning processes, prompt evaluation frameworks, or building tokenized training datasets.
- Language Proficiency: Strong professional proficiency in both English and Arabic to evaluate bilingual operational data structures.
- Infrastructure Setup: Secure remote workspace featuring a high-performance computer and stable, high-speed internet.
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience using frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
- Familiarity with instructional design strategies or corporate AI tools like Microsoft Copilot.
