We are seeking a results-driven AI Automation & Implementation Specialist to bridge the gap between our active AI technology subscriptions and our daily operations. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with our Marketing, Styling, and Healthcare Clinic teams. Your primary objective is to implement, connect, and optimize AI workflows that maximize team efficiency, streamline repetitive tasks, and boost overall productivity.

Key Responsibilities
You will embed yourself within three distinct departments to audit their workflows and deploy AI-driven solutions:
üì¢ Marketing Automation
- Content Pipelines: Build workflows that use generative AI to draft social media copy, blog outlines, or email newsletters based on team inputs.
- Asset Management: Connect design/copy tools to streamline marketing campaign creation and formatting.
- Repetitive Tasks: Automate competitive research, keyword sorting, and basic performance report summaries.
üëó Styling Team Support
- Visual Workflows: Implement AI image tools to help the styling team generate mood boards, color palettes, or visual concept variations quickly.
- Catalog & Tagging: Set up automated systems to tag inventory, categorize styles, or generate product descriptions.
- Trend Tracking: Automate data collection on incoming fashion or aesthetic trends.
üè• Healthcare Clinic Optimization
- Administrative Relief: Implement secure, compliant tools for automated medical transcription, appointment summarizing, and patient follow-up drafting.
- Patient Communication: Streamline the sorting and automated routing of non-diagnostic patient inquiries or frequently asked questions (FAQs).
- Scheduling Workflows: Build automation that links the clinic’s booking software to reminder and confirmation sequences.
⚙️ Core AI & Integration Duties
- Prompt Engineering: Write, test, and maintain highly optimized, reusable prompt libraries for the team.
- No-Code Integration: Connect existing software (CRM, Email, Slack, etc.) with our AI subscriptions using tools like Zapier or Make.
- Training & Documentation: Train team members on how to use the built systems and write quick guides for new workflows.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Tool Mastery: Deep, hands-on experience using major AI platforms (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Midjourney, or similar).
- Integration Platforms: High proficiency in workflow automation software such as Zapier, Make (Integromat), or built-in software APIs.
- Problem-Solving Mindset: Ability to shadow a team member, spot operational bottlenecks, and independently design an AI solution.
- Communication Skills: Ability to translate technical AI features into plain, actionable instructions for non-technical stylists and clinic staff.
- Data Privacy Awareness: Clear understanding of data privacy boundaries, particularly regarding patient data sensitivity in a healthcare clinic environment.

- We are not looking for a software developer to code models from scratch.
- We do not need a data scientist. We need an executor who knows how to fully exploit commercial, out-of-the-box AI subscriptions.
