UNCHMG Urgent Care clinics, located in Raleigh, NC and surrounding counties, have Per Diem | Float Pool openings for Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners (FNP) OR Urgent Care Physician Assistants (PA) at multiple locations! Providers are part of an interdisciplinary team and responsible for treating episodic illnesses, minor injuries, and providing occupational health services and exams.
Financial Package
- * Competitive, Per Diem, Hourly Pay Rate

Ideal Candidate
- * Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
- Experience working in an acute care, primary care, urgent care, or emergency room setting preferred
- NC Licensure or ability to obtain
- Excellent interpersonal/communication skills, ability to establish rapport with patients & collaborate with team
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Required procedures: Suturing, splinting
- DOT Certification
- Knowledge of OSHA recordables preferred, but not required
- EPIC-EMR
Clinic Schedule
- * Expected .10 FTE Per Diem 12-hour shifts: 2 shifts/6 weeks
- 8am to 8pm: Sunday - Saturday
- Plus, weekends & holidays
- Flexible, Per Diem | Float Pool Schedule
