CEER Motors is hiring an Additive Manufacturing Senior Specialist, with a full relocation package to join us in Saudi Arabia.
CEER is building Saudi Arabia's first homegrown electric vehicle brand. We're looking for an experienced additive manufacturing specialist to join our Machining Centre and help shape how we prototype and build the next generation of vehicles.
About the role:
You'll operate and maintain our composite and metal 3D printing systems (Aluminum) to support prototype part manufacturing and advanced research projects. You'll develop and implement process controls to ensure quality, and support material development, optimization and project planning.
What you'll do:
Operate metal and composite 3D printers across a range of technologies as part of the Additive Manufacturing team
Prepare, slice and optimise build files using CAD and slicing software (Siemens NX and 3DXpert preferred)
Monitor and control all aspects of machine operation
Carry out part inspection, calibration and post-processing, including depowdering and heat treatment
Perform routine maintenance, cleaning and troubleshooting
Work with process engineers and other teams to improve print strategies, build orientation and support generation
Optimise process parameters
Ensure safety and quality compliance in line with ATEX standards
Manage material inventory and support material selection and development based on customer requirements
Own turnkey jobs and projects, working with internal customers to plan, develop and deliver work that meets their requirements
What we're looking for:
At least 5 years of hands-on experience operating industrial metal 3D printers
Proven experience in additive manufacturing, including design for additive manufacturing
Strong working knowledge of CAD/CAM software, ideally Siemens NX
Experience with build preparation and slicing software
Experience handling metal powders and with post-processing operations
Experience with electromechanical systems, including drives, actuators and motion control
A bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Electrical Engineering, or a related field, is an advantage
