Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced AD & Messaging Engineer (L2/L3) to manage and support enterprise Microsoft infrastructure, including Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, PKI, Exchange, Microsoft 365, and file/DFS services. The role will provide advanced technical support, administration, troubleshooting, and infrastructure improvements across the Microsoft environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Administer and maintain enterprise Active Directory environments.
- Manage Active Directory users, groups, organizational units, permissions, and policies.
- Design, implement, and troubleshoot Group Policy (GPO) configurations.
- Administer and troubleshoot DNS and DHCP services.
- Support Microsoft PKI, certificates, and certificate lifecycle management.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Exchange environments.
- Support Microsoft 365 messaging and identity services.
- Manage mailboxes, distribution groups, shared mailboxes, and mail flow.
- Troubleshoot email delivery, authentication, and messaging-related issues.
- Manage Windows file servers and DFS/DFS-R environments.
- Perform L2/L3 troubleshooting and root-cause analysis.
- Support Microsoft infrastructure upgrades, migrations, patching, and lifecycle activities.
- Monitor system health, availability, and performance.
- Implement security and hardening recommendations across Microsoft infrastructure.
- Maintain technical documentation, procedures, and infrastructure diagrams.
- Support major incidents and provide technical escalation.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity, network, cloud, service desk, and application teams.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Microsoft infrastructure administration/engineering.

- Windows Server

- Exchange
- Microsoft 365
- File Services / DFS
- Experience troubleshooting complex enterprise Microsoft environments.
- Strong understanding of identity, authentication, access control, and Windows security.
- Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation is preferred.
- Experience in enterprise environments with multiple domains/sites is an advantage.
