Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Solutions Architect (CSA) with deep expertise in Active Directory (AD), Entra ID (Azure AD), Identity & Access Management (IAM), and Hybrid Identity Solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with enterprise customers to design, implement, migrate, and optimize identity infrastructures while providing strategic technical guidance and architecture leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement enterprise-scale Active Directory and Hybrid Identity solutions.
Lead AD modernization and migration projects, including:
AD Forest and Domain Consolidation
Active Directory Upgrades
Azure AD Connect / Entra Connect
Hybrid Identity Implementations
Architect and support:
Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS)
Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS)
Group Policy (GPO)
DNS & DHCP
LDAP Authentication
Kerberos & NTLM Authentication
Design and implement Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) solutions.
Configure and manage:
Single Sign-On (SSO)
Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA)
Conditional Access Policies
Identity Governance
Privileged Identity Management (PIM)
B2B/B2C Identity Solutions
Work with security teams to implement Zero Trust identity architectures.
Perform identity health assessments and provide remediation recommendations.
Troubleshoot complex identity, authentication, and federation issues.
Collaborate with Microsoft, customer stakeholders, and engineering teams on critical incidents and architectural reviews.
Develop architectural documentation, solution designs, and implementation plans.
Provide technical leadership, best practices, and mentorship to engineering teams.
