Job Title: Accounts Receivables (Freight Forwarding)
Location: Dubai
Contract Details: Full-time
As the Accounts Receivables, you will be responsible for managing the company's financial transactions and ensuring timely and accurate collections from clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain accurate records of all accounts receivable transactions

Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and ensure timely collections

Prepare and send invoices to clients, including any necessary supporting documentation

Resolve any billing discrepancies and issues with clients in a timely manner

Reconcile accounts receivable records with the general ledger

Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on the status of outstanding payments

Communicate with clients to establish payment terms and negotiate payment plans if necessary

Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing of sales transactions

Monitor and report on any delinquent accounts and take necessary actions to collect payments

Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer information and payment records

Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes related to accounts receivable

Provide support to the finance team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounts receivable or a similar role

Proven track record of successfully managing and collecting payments from clients

Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and accounting software

Ability to work independently and in a team environment

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

Ability to handle confidential information with discretion

Knowledge of UAE VAT laws and regulations is preferred

Experience in the HR or consultancy industry is a plus
