A reputable organization is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Accounts Receivable Specialist to join its Finance team. This role is responsible for managing billing, collections, account reconciliations, and receivables reporting while ensuring the timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and cash application.
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely receipt of payments.
- Follow up on overdue accounts and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and investigate outstanding balances.
- Prepare aging reports and provide regular updates on collection performance.
- Coordinate with internal departments to resolve payment and billing issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, financial controls, and accounting standards.
- Support month-end closing activities and audit requirements.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of receivable transactions.
- Identify opportunities to improve collection processes and cash flow management.
Candidate Profile
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Credit Control, Billing, or Finance Operations.
- Strong understanding of receivables management and reconciliation processes.
- Experience working with ERP systems and financial applications.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- High level of accuracy, organization, and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
