Mnzil is a fast-growing proptech company in Riyadh providing integrated workforce services (housing, transportation, catering and building operations) across Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
Healthy cash flow directly drives how fast Mnzil grows. As our Accounts Receivable Accountant, you will make sure every invoice is accurate, every payment is tracked and matched, and every overdue balance is followed up with urgency.
Requirements
- * Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
- 0–2 years of experience in accounts receivable, collections or general accounting (fresh graduates with strong internships are welcome)
- Good grasp of invoicing, collections and Saudi VAT basics
- Comfortable with Excel and at least one accounting or ERP system
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, follow-through mindset
- Fluent in Arabic and English
Roles And Responsibilities
- * Prepare and issue accurate customer invoices and credit notes in line with contract terms
- Record incoming payments and match them to the right invoices
- Follow up on overdue balances with clients and internal teams
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Prepare aging reports, collection updates and short-term cash flow forecasts
- Support month-end close, VAT documentation (ZATCA) and audits
