About the role
The AP specialist reports to the Finance and Accounting Team Leader for The Netherlands. You will work closely with other colleagues from the Finance Department, other Morrison Express Departments, in particular Operations, and with suppliers. You will be responsible for accounts payable for specific elements of the Dutch business, which may change from time to time and also support in day-to-day accounting and supplier communication and payment activities.
The objective of the role is to ensure that supplier invoices are received and recorded timely and accurately, suppliers are paid on time and interruptions to supply due to non-payment of invoices is avoided.
