Position Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounting Professional to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of accounting principles, a passion for accuracy, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
‚úÖ Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions.
‚úÖ Perform thorough reconciliations for bank statements, customers, and suppliers, ensuring financial data accuracy.
‚úÖ Prepare financial statements, including income statements, project profitability reports, and cash flow statements.
‚úÖ Ensure compliance with all applicable tax laws and regulations, managing tax filings efficiently.
‚úÖ Analyze financial data, identify risks and opportunities, and provide actionable insights for business decisions.
‚úÖ Manage payroll processes, including wage calculations and timely payments.
‚úÖ Implement and maintain strong internal controls to protect company assets and prevent fraud.
‚úÖ Communicate financial information effectively to management, investors, and other stakeholders.
‚úÖ Stay updated on accounting standards and industry best practices through continuous learning.
‚úÖ Manage e-commerce platforms.
Qualifications:
üéì Educational Qualification: B.Com Plus (Bachelor of Commerce degree or equivalent)
‚ú® Proficiency in QuickBooks accounting software.
‚ú® 2 years of hands-on experience in accounting and financial management.
üîç Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
üí¨ Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Salary Package:
üí∞ AED 3000 ‚Äì 3,500 per month (based on experience and proficiency)
