As an Account Manager, you will own the commercial growth of a portfolio of existing Enterprise customers.
This is a commercial, quota-carrying growth role. You’ll drive expansion by identifying new opportunities, building pipeline, growing Mentimeter into new teams and use cases, and owning renewals.
Strong customer relationships are key to succeeding, but this isn’t about simply managing an existing book of business. We’re looking for someone proactive and commercially driven - someone who gets energy from finding the next opportunity and turning customer value into growth.
You’ll have a lot of ownership over how you reach your goals, while partnering closely with Customer Success Managers who focus on helping customers realize value from Mentimeter.

*Not Required:** You don’t have to know Swedish (we are an English-first organization, daily work is carried out in English and the Mentimeter team currently boasts over 50 different nationalities!)

The salary range for this role is SEK 50–60,000 per month. It’s intentionally broad to reflect the different stages of growth within the role: from early development to deep expertise and meaningful impact.
Where an individual is placed within the range depends on factors such as relevant experience, demonstrated skills, and alignment with the role’s requirements.
