Making Construction BetterAs Account Manager , you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with key construction and industrial clients during the execution phase of major projects. You will act as a strategic partner, ensuring Hilti’s innovative solutions are effectively integrated into ongoing projects, driving value, efficiency, and long-term customer loyalty.
What You'll Do
Own and nurture relationships with key stakeholders across assigned projects, including contractors, engineers, and procurement teams.
Ensure Hilti products, software, and services are effectively implemented during the mid-phase of construction projects.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities within ongoing projects to maximize share of wallet.
Provide technical consultation and product demonstrations to address project-specific challenges.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, logistics, marketing, customer service) to ensure seamless project delivery.
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and customer feedback to inform strategic decisions.
Maintain accurate records of project progress, sales activities, and forecasts using CRM tools.
