We are looking for an Account Management Specialist to support the management of relationships with Licensed Companies (LCs) and tenants following licensing and tenant agreement signing.
The role will be responsible for day-to-day account coordination, client engagement, issue resolution follow-up, retention support, and cross-functional coordination. The successful candidate will work closely with the Manager - Account Management to ensure a high standard of service and positive client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain regular communication and engagement with LCs / tenants, ensuring timely and professional responses.
Act as a day-to-day coordination point for client requests, inquiries, and follow-ups.
Track account activities, engagement milestones, agreed actions, and outstanding requests.
Support the preparation and coordination of Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs).
Receive, record, and coordinate LC / tenant queries and requests with relevant internal teams.
Follow up on outstanding issues and ensure timely resolution, escalating complex matters when required.
Monitor client satisfaction, engagement levels, and potential retention risks.
Support account retention and engagement initiatives.
Coordinate with Operations, Finance, IT, HR, Legal, Marketing, and other relevant stakeholders to facilitate client requirements.
Maintain accurate client and account information in CRM systems.
Support tracking of client satisfaction and service metrics, including CSAT, NPS, and SLA performance.
Prepare account summaries, reports, and other management information as required.
Receive and route incentive-related requests to the relevant Commercial Strategy team, where applicable.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline.
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in account management, client servicing, customer relationship management, tenant relations, or service delivery coordination.
Experience in a structured client relationship or stakeholder management environment is preferred.
Experience in real estate, free zones, business parks, or regulated environments is an advantage.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational, coordination, and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and priorities effectively.
Strong attention to detail and customer-service orientation.
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is preferred.
